Too many I.T. firms over-promise and under-deliver, but not BCA. They’re different. If they say they’ll do something – you can consider it ‘done’.  They provide us with comprehensive I.T. support, and maintain our entire I.T. infrastructure so that we can run a productive, efficient office. They have brilliant systemisation processes so we never have to be concerned about our technology - in our relationship with BCA over more than six years, we’ve never had an I.T.  issue they didn’t resolve quickly and cheerfully.
