Electronic Request for Service (RFS)
This facility will provide the client with a fast method of submitting service requests direct into the BCA system. The advantage being that requests are received and logged immediately and that valuable call information is not lost through transcription errors over the phone.

Technical Tips
An innovative approach to providing those clients who support some in-house technical knowledge, giving access to hints and tips in relation to helping ensure their systems run efficiently.
